An analysis of the extent of internal geographical mobility amongst the degree holders in the three professional disciplines of i) Medicine; ii) Engineering and Technology; and iii) Agricultural Sciences and three non-professional discipline of i) Social sciences; ii) Languages; and iii) Commerce is presented here. The States from which the outmigration of these skills has taken place and the States that have attracted them have been identified.
