- 40(2), Apr-Jun 1994, p.134-54
The author focuses on prevalance of administrative normlessness - which he argues to be conceptualised as "Administrative Lawlessness" - in the context of public administration-common man interface. To facilitate comprehension of this new concept, he draws illustrations from relevant case laws and selectively group these according to their origin, as: bureaucratic, police, prison, and welfare institutions. He also attempts a brief evaluation of the reasons of the growth of such lawlessness before discussing possible remedies to effectively check this growing meance.
