<br/><br/> Implementation management of a plan would ultimately depend upon the extent to which the investments in infrastructure under public sector are utilised by the private sector. The author examines the reasons for people not investing without incentives and/or supports. He traces the steps by which credit plans can spur private investments effectively. Credit will be the key input and the attitude of the credit agency, towards bringing about the multiplier effect of any single public investment will be the prime mover of the private enterprise and private initiative.
