<br/><br/> Concerned with Indian administration's being ill-equipped to fulfil national objectives, the author calls upon IIPA to rededicate itself, following a self-introspection, to the task of making our administration capable of delivering good governance. Laying emphasis on implementation and according centrality to civil service in the task of administrative reform, he emphasises the need to make administration responsive, efficient and compassionate and upholding national and public interests. Not happy with politicians and administrators alike in discharging their responsibilities with diligence and promoting public good, he suggests upholding of national and public interests above all. - Reproduced
