March towards realising needs of justice
- 1999
- p.431-439.
- Jul-Sep
With a brief discussion on identification of basic principles and model of our Constitution as the back-drop, the author analyses the reasons which possibly account for degeneration of our judicial system. He then prescribes a package of reform measures embracing all the three instruments - Executive, Legislature and Judiciary - on which the edifice of our Constitution rests. He particularly emphasises the need to strengthen these three itself as the first-courts-of-justice. - Reproduced
