<br/><br/> This article addresses significant performance management experience in the Vanuatu public service. The focus is largely on developments since 2014 when the previous, limited system of performance management was transformed. The foundations of the transformed system are in place, which have resulted in several important achievements. But an array of limitations pose challenges which require detailed and concerted action to make the system increasingly more effective. - Reproduced.
