The information gathered through these has been cross-checked through participatory observation. It has been informed that the information providers are lacking in culture of transparency and also lack the needed competence to perform their role. This, however, cannot be ascribed to the backwardness of the district. Hence, it has been suggested that training programmes should be organized for their capacity building and orientation programmes be held for changing their mindset. - Reproduced. aCapacity building - India - Haryana95833 aThapar, Anuja95832 aNagarlok aRight to Information 2ddccAR 00102ddc40709383632aIIPAbIIPAd2019-05-20h50(4), Oct- Dec, 2018: p.29-39.pAR119806r2019-05-20yAR
