<br/><br/> Employee Engagement deals with the attachment and detachment of self in a role. In an organization there are many factors which influence the employee engagement. In this paper an empirical test has been done to identify the factors which influence employee engagement. Both primary and secondary data were taken in this paper. Hundred samples were choosen for the study. The factors which influence employee engagement are Autonomy, salary, employee safety, work life balance and decision making. – Reproduced
