<br/><br/> Studies have revealed that in the 21st century, employers around the world are attaching more importance to professional skills than the knowledge of discipline. Higher order skills like critical thinking, problem solving and ability to communicate well are crucial for the graduates in the emerging world. In Bloom’s Taxonomy three skills viz : Analysing, Evaluating and Creating are higher order abilities which are important than the memorisation of domain knowledge. – Reproduced
