The entire Line of Actual Control (LAC) is live, over 100,000 troops from both countries will spend another winter at inhospitable heights along the Himalayan border, and the relationship is marked by distrust as deep as in the sixties.<br/>Today, the factors causing stress in India-China relations outweigh the common interests and understandings that could introduce an element of predictability in the relationship.
