It is very crucial because it determines the quality of the life of its citizens. It is also pivotal to our democratic system in a way that it prevents crime, protects the citizens, provides rehabilitation services, and ensures equal justice for everyone. The crisis of Covid-19 pandemic hit our lives and almost every sphere has been digitized including the education sector, health sector, professional and corporate offices, and the judiciary system remains no exception. In the Judiciary, cases were started to be administered on the online platform or through virtual courts. It is to be noted that the Indian Judiciary is highly under stress due to the rising pendency of cases, and inadequate infrastructure.
