Mediating affect of talent development on agility and innovations for the digital workplace: An investigative

The Honourable Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology, India, Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekhar. In August 2021, proclaimed that the IT export goal is set at US$ 400 billion for March 2022. In addition, the central government plans to focus in areas, such as cybersecurity, hyper-scale computing, artificial intelligence and block chain. The innovations in the aforesaid areas is the key for increase in exports and all the business giants are coming up with R & D and innovations centres but other companies don’t have that much financial and human resources. Thus, these companies want to conduct talent development programmes to limited people and increase their innovations. Then the question arises whom to provide talent development programmes? In this context the present research paper proposes companies should identify agile workforce and administer talent development practices on them and maximise the chances of innovations. Reproduced
