We are living in a globalizing economy with all its consequences. Globalization has ushered in a VUCA world which has made the contemporary environment volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous in nature. We can overborne the challenges only through courageous coordinated and committed action to mitigate the various challenges confronting citizens.
