They are envisioned as engines of innovation, economic growth, and job creation. While their potential impact cannot be understated, it is important to place them in the broader framework of inclusive growth. Inclusive growth ensures that the benefits of these entrepreneurial ventures reach marginalized and underrepresented sections of society. By fostering diversity and addressing systemic inequalities, start-ups can contribute meaningfully to holistic progress. This approach demands a shift from seeing start-ups merely as success stories to viewing them as catalysts for equitable development.
