<br/><br/> The major goal of the research is to determine whether or not India’s media trials are constitutional. The research project well discuss article 19 of the Indian constitution, which states that freedom of speech and expression, including freedom of the press, impairs the right to an adversarial legal system in place and also interferes with the accuser’s rights to a fair trial, representation, privacy, and other rights. – Reproduced
