<br/><br/> Among India’s sates most vulnerable to natural disasters is Odisha. Before and during its inception, the state has experienced many natural calamities. Though the natural disaster case in Odisha is rampant, the state has developed a well disaster mitigation plan that has inspired many sates of India as well the outsiders. The governance of disaster management in Odisha was found highly effective during the global Covid-19 pandemic  and during the train tragedy that occurred in Balasore. – Reproduced
