<br/><br/> The newly notified Citizenship (Amendment) Rules, 2024 have not so far been subjected to a sufficient amount of immanent evaluation, a kind of scrutiny that will objectively assess CAR’s potential to fulfil the Citizenship (Amendment) Act’s declared objective, which is to resolve the citizenship woes of non-Muslim migrants from neighbouring Islamic countries.
