<br/><br/> The pursuit of environmental, social and governance strategies, as a way of advancing corporate responsibility, presents a lucrative opportunity for companies to integrate mental health as a function of labour standards and culture. ESG reporting provides for a mechanism of transparency and accountability in evaluating organisations’ trajectories towards this goal. However, underdeveloped metrics present an obstruction.
