<br/><br/> Recent instances of lower courts and tribunals outright ignoring the orders of the Supreme Court point to a worrying breakdown of judicial discipline across the country. This phenomenon can be attributed to the Supreme Court’s own loss of moral authority and credibility over the last few years.
