The case highlighted his expectations and dilemma while dealing with the issue of retrenchment and got a setback due to the ongoing strike. The case talked about his various experiences in the narrative form. It highlighted the attitude of the employees in uncertain situations and their approaches to dealing with them. It also revealed the hidden worries and tensions of the management while making tough decisions.
