<br/><br/> India’s National Offshore Wind Energy Policy 2015 is evaluated, highlighting its role in advancing renewable energy as part of the National Action Plan on Climate Change. Despite missing the initial target of 5 GW by 2022, India aims for 30 GW by 2030, supported by international collaborations.
