<br/><br/> Bank Frauds were few and far between, but this changed dramatically with<br/>the development of Banking Services post the fi nancial reforms introduced in<br/>1990. Today one hears of frauds and scams in the Banking Sector on a regular<br/>basis, posing a major challenge for both the Regulators and Legislators.
