<br/><br/> The pursuit of social justice in India is deeply intertwined with the legal and<br/>public policy frameworks that shape governance. The dynamic relationship<br/>between law and public policy in advancing social justice, emphasising the<br/>need for a coordinated approach that integrates legal principles with policy<br/>interventions. By snooping constitutional mandates, judicial pronouncements,<br/>and key public policies, also highlights the opportunities and challenges in<br/>promoting inclusivity and equity for marginalised communities.
