<br/><br/> The ongoing protest of accredited social health activists in Kerala carries significant potential in shaping broader working-class solidarities among women care workers. However, it is crucial to situate their demands—and those of other scheme-based voluntary women workers—within the wider context of labour informalities and the state’s appropriation of unpaid and underpaid care work.
