<br/><br/> Can there be an alternative to the prevailing disruptions which the developing countries today are facing under subordination? The current pattern is linked to the ongoing political alliance between the respective ruling states and the dominating power—both of the global market as well as of finance. A change from the above regime requires instituting a welfare state with developmental goals and a people-oriented class composition of those in charge of administration.
