N2  - The purpose of this study is to examine the benefits and challenges of integrating information and communication technology (ICT) in the central university of North India, specifically four using on the students and research scholars of the library and information Science department. The study also aims to investigate the information literarily skills of the participates, with the objective of understanding how effectively they utilities ICT tools for academic purposes. The study utilizes mixed methods, approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
