Further, while recognizing the fact that all employed are not non-poor, the idea ignores the fact that all unemployed are not poor. This paper tries to correct the measure and create two versions of it to give expression to two notions given to the term in terms of unemployment and poverty. Finally, it refines the second version to take care of observations made regarding existence of the non-poor among the unemployed. - Reproduced. aEmployment aUnemployment aIndian Journal of Labour Economics a61188 c61188d61188 00104070aIIPAbIIPAd2018-07-19hVolume no: 47, Issue no: 1pAR61634r2018-07-19w2018-07-19yAR
