After the review, which will highlight the factors influencing the implementation of citizens' charter in the developing economies, an attempt has been made to a evolve strategy for its successful implementation in India. The study utilises secondary data, as seen in various articles and studies conducted on this subjects. It attempts to build the strategy for successful implementation based on experience in India till now and lessons learnt from its implementation in various developing economies.
