<br/><br/> Quality in education is foremost on the agenda of academia and calls for deliberate, conscious and concerted efforts. The concept of Quality Control Circles (QCCs), which is borrowed from the industrial domain, is envisaged as beneficial for enhancement of quality in the educational arena as well. This article discusses the various behavioural theories elucidating QCCs, as well as the advantages and applicability of QCCs to education. - Reproduced.
