In this paper, the author argues how the old organising strategy for collective bargaining has become inadequate and, therefore, how the search for new strategy of organising on the one hand and redefining the scope and contents of collective bargaining on the other hand have become current imperatives. A hierarchy of organising and collective levels have to be evolved and democratically integrated both horizontally and vertically for real progress to be seen in the working class movement. - Reproduced.
