Constitutional head of state without constitutional security - The governor and his removal - 2005 - p.94-107. - Jan-Mar

India is fundamentally a federal state with central features. The Governor is the head of the state's ad repository of executive power and to debunk his stature and status is to frustrate the political ethos of the Constitution. A country, which is governed under rule of law, jettisoning the head of a federal unit without valid and sufficient grounds is a farce. Removal of Governor is a matter of public importance, which involves the questions of law and fact. The time has come which requires some more democratic principles are observed to maintain the honour and dignity of this high constitutional office. - Reproduced.
