The Governor is the head of the state's ad repository of executive power and to debunk his stature and status is to frustrate the political ethos of the Constitution. A country, which is governed under rule of law, jettisoning the head of a federal unit without valid and sufficient grounds is a farce. Removal of Governor is a matter of public importance, which involves the questions of law and fact.
