  <abstract>An organisation's performance depends not only on how the plans, programmes, strategies, budgets, tasks, etc., are formulated but also how they are implemented and reported back (feed back) about their successes and failures to give lessons (feed-forward) for the future course of action. Management control system is the means by which an organisation fulfils its objectives effectively and efficiently.
