Water systems management in South Asia: need for a research framework - 2007 - p.863-74. - 10 Mar

Given its population density and poverty, on the one hand, and rapid urbanisation and industrialisation, on the other, south Asia seems to be facing an incipient water crisis not due to water shortage but intergovernmental conflicts.
