Though these schemes have reduced excess fat of the organisations, but the life of individuals getting VRS has long been neglected. The study attempts to reveal the benefits provided by the organisation to the voluntarily retired employees and their life after voluntary retirement in terms of various independent and dependent variables. Findings show significant relation of age, income, education and number of dependents with worries and tensions after VRS. Moreover, the financial support from organisation in the form of compensation is not enough.
