It is a value system which guides the whole perception of man, society and government. Because of its egalitarian character, it is the most desired method of governance to-day. Indian democracy has successful standing of 61 years, but in the era of globalisation, it is facing internal and external constraints. Political parties, people political leaders, public service and media need to reorient themselves to the requirements of new world.
