<br/><br/> Discusses the problem of State Level Public Enterprises (SLPEs) in Bihar which is expacted to achieve certain specific socio-economic ends and generate commercial surpluses not only for their own growth but for the growth of the state economy as a whole. But the management audit of the SLPES indicates lack of motivation of both managerial personnel and workers. There is need to improve work culture. The problem of continuous supply of raw material & power shortage is other problem
