Feminist perspective of public administration - 2011 - p.143-153. - Apr-Jun

In order to develop a feminist approach to public administration it is important to recognise that for many decades the discipline, like so many other sciences and social sciences was rooted in an ostensibly neutral but overly male, upper class, white mentality.
