This research paper focuses to understand behavioral change and development within the citizen’s behavior by e-Governance mechanism and the digital India initiative. The present investigation is primarily based on the survey research method. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from various stakeholders such as civil society, media representatives and students in Motihari city about public awareness on Digital India programme. One hundred and fifty respondents were chosen for this research, the results and discussions are explained with proper implications in the study. – Reproduced
