Mediating affect of talent development on agility and innovations for the digital workplace: An investigative

Thus, these companies want to conduct talent development programmes to limited people and increase their innovations. Then the question arises whom to provide talent development programmes? In this context the present research paper proposes companies should identify agile workforce and administer talent development practices on them and maximise the chances of innovations. Reproduced
