No doubt laws and programmes for ensuring their rights as enshrined by international bodies and adopted by national governments, but the desired goal is yet to be achieved. As such the present paper attempts to pinpoint the position of children and address the issues like disparities, child abuse, effective implementation of laws and aspects of Protection of Children against Sexual Offences Act 2011.- Reproduced http://www.iipabiharbranch.org/upload/BJPA_Vol.%20XXI%20No.%201(S)%20Jan-June.%202024.pdf
