The partial least squares method was used in the form of variance-based structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings showed that hybrid lean agile had a weak effect (f2 ≤ 0.15; p<0.05) and that it did not fulfil the requirement of a mediator, while lean agile competencies variable had a strong effect (f2 ≥ 0.35; p>0.05) as a significant mediator. Hybrid lean agile implementation model should integrate lean agile competencies as a mediator for lean agile competencies activities.- Reproduced https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.1177/02560909251319646
