Karnataka Power Corporation (KPCL) is a production-based mega organization, which embarks on skilled and efficient workforce. The researchers in this article have made an attempt to study the various welfare measures provided by the organization. Based on the observations and conclusions drawn from the study they have suggested some useful suggestion to the organisation for integrating them into the policy framework. - Reproduced.
