A set of papers have focussed on the implementation of Tenancy Reforms in different states. Few authors have reflecrted on the status of the implementation of Land Ceiling legislation in different states. Two papers analyze the methodological aspects in land reforms. The focus of another set of articles is on the role of administration, law and politics in the implementation of land reforms.
