520 _aThe most exciting view in any day is the view of the tomorrow and the view of the future. What it will be like? Will it be a return to the stability of earlier years? The author has put these questions to a very large number of executives in the recent past, while interacting with them in several management development programmes. The answer is definitely "No". Each one of us, who is engaged in the affairs of the world has realised that tomorrow will be a world of greater complexity, fiercer competition and rapidly acelerating change.
