Experts concern about this menace is evident from certain measures which have been taken while addressing the problem of commuting and transportation. The author in this article strikes a note of caution against ad hoc and whimsical steps for controlling emission related pollution. He calls for a studied and sustainable approach which can be implemented effectively and monitored easily.
