520			_aStudy found out that the recommendation from the bhore committee is still not fulfilled. Government has devised many programs which are not able to yield results due to many problems. One of the key problem is lack of funding for health infrastructure government in one had wants to improve public infrastructure for health and on the other had allows private providers also to pitch in for providing health services, which creates c infusion among providers and beneficiaries. After the introduction of national rural health missions, may private providers were roped in for providing health services, though state sponsored social insurance scheme. These programs are yet to yield results, as the out of pocket expenditures other than medical expenditure is high among BPL population.
