Various models (e.g., Kaufman CIPP, Kirkpatrick four-level approach, etc.) have been proposed in the literature to measure/evaluate the effectiveness of training. This study aims to provide a comparative review of the various theories proposed by researchers for evaluating the training effectiveness.
