520 _aIn the present conditions of Covid-19, it is very critical for everyone to redene what is safe behaviour and spot-correct it for safety of self and others. This article addresses some behavioural safety aspects of Covid-19 in terms of why do people take risks as they do?, what are the similarities and differences between Covid-19 and behavioral based safety (BBS) management as both interventions are driving behavioural change?, how to implement BBS after lockdown in plant, and behavioral challenges and solutions to contain Covid-19. This paper is based on qualitative methodology using interviews, group discussions, eld surveys. Objective is to review the current conditions and enable people to access this researched information for effective management of behavioural safety interventions. – Reproduced
