| 520 | _aInformation and Communication Technologie (ICT) has had a major impact on education in the twenty-first century (NĂºria Llevot-Calvet., 2018) (Schneckenberg, 2010) (Kumar, 2006). Globally, there is a growing consensus that Information and Communication Technologies, particularly the Internet, provide a new framework and huge prospects for economic, political, educational, and social development.
