520 _aInformation and Communication Technologie (ICT) has had a major impact on education in the twenty-first century (NĂºria Llevot-Calvet., 2018) (Schneckenberg, 2010) (Kumar, 2006). Globally, there is a growing consensus that Information and Communication Technologies, particularly the Internet, provide a new framework and huge prospects for economic, political, educational, and social development. Achieving social development goals requires access to new information technologies and new ways of accessing and using technology by those living in poverty. The World Summit for Social Development (united states 2004) recognised the need for educational institutions to provide such access. Ensuring equal access to education, information, technology, and knowledge is vital for increasing communication and student empowerment while safeguarding civil and political rights(2004).- Reproduced
